R1 Women
The R1 is our first race shoe, built for multi-day road ultramarathon. Dual-zone ZeroSag™ inserts, co-developed with BASF, hold their shape deep into a long effort rather than degrading under repeated loading, while the LightCELL™ midsole base keeps the shoe light and lively underfoot.
GOFLOW™ midsole geometry guides the transition from heel to toe, and the double-layered jacquard upper, made with 40% recycled polyester, breathes through long hours on the road. The TUNEDFIT™ dual lacing system tunes the forefoot and midfoot separately, so you can lock the midfoot without cramping a forefoot that has swollen over the distance.
EU sizing is the common scale across the range. Find your EU size and read across for the US equivalent in the range you are buying.

Mount to Coast publish foot length separately for the men's and women's ranges, and the two differ by about 5 mm at the same EU size. Measure your foot, then read the foot length column for the range you are buying. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for better comfort.
You will need a piece of paper that fits your foot and a writing instrument to mark your foot's length. Having someone to help you with this could also be beneficial.
