• Regular Shipping (Australia Post Parcel Post): $12 flat rate

• Express Shipping (Australia Post Express Post): $20 flat rate
  Important: Express Shipping means we send your parcel using Australia Post Express Post. unfortunately we're not able to offer express picking, packing or dispatch.

• Free shipping over $200: Free Regular Shipping (Parcel Post) only (not Express).

• Wholesale orders: $12 flat rate, Free shipping over $500

Postage and courier fees in Australia are expensive — no two ways about it. We try to keep costs as low as possible because it sucks getting to checkout and seeing delivery cost half your order. In many cases, we actually absorb part of the shipping cost to keep it simple and fair.

Who we ship with

About 90% of the time, we ship with Australia Post. For larger/heavier orders, we may use a courier where it makes more sense.

Order processing & dispatch

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

(Choosing Express Shipping changes the Australia Post service used once dispatched — it doesn’t change our dispatch timeframe.)

These are Australia Post’s typical delivery timeframes and can vary during peak periods or for remote areas.

Regular (Parcel Post)

• Same state: 2–4 business days

• Interstate: 3–6 business days

Express (Express Post)

• Same state: 1–2+ business days

• Interstate: 1–3+ business days

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Unless you specifically request otherwise, you agree to authorise our nominated courier (or Australia Post) to leave your goods at your door or in your mailbox at the delivery address provided. By purchasing from Endurance Edge, you agree to these terms.

Goods not delivered

Payment

We accept credit and debit payments via Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe), including Apple Pay, Google Pay, AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal. Our site is encrypted and secured with a current SSL certificate.

International orders

By default, we ship within Australia only. If you’re overseas, we’re still happy to help you find a local supplier where possible — drop us a line and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Ordering by phone

We don’t accept orders by phone to protect customer payment security. If you’re having issues using the website, let us know and we’ll help where we can.
