Make a Return

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Enter your order number and the email address used for the order in the form below and then click Start my return.
  2. Select the item(s) you’re returning and choose a return reason, then click Confirm and Continue.
  3. Choose your return method:
    • Australia Post: we generate a return label and a $10 flat-rate fee is deducted from your refund once your return is received and approved.
    • Self Return: organise and pay for your own postage (no $10 deduction).
  4. Pack your items securely (apparel in a satchel), remove/cover any old labels, and attach the new label clearly.
  5. Send it back. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear).

RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items purchased from enduranceedge.com.au or an Endurance Edge event stall.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and in original, undamaged packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for underwear, socks, flasks, masks, or headwear for hygiene reasons.

EXCHANGES

We offer returns and refunds (not online exchanges). If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. Exchanges are available by prior arrangement only.
