Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase through Endurance Edge, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, and we'll gladly provide a refund. 

RETURN ONLINE - Start your return HERE
Endurance Edge offers returns rather than exchanges except by prior arrangement.

  1. Head over to our website and click "Make a return" in the bottom bar or navigate directly to the returns page here.
  2. Enter the order number you were sent in the confirmation email
  3. Enter the email address you used for the order.
  4. Click "Start my return"
  5. Choose the product(s) you want to return by clicking the little checkbox in the top left-hand corner of each product tile

  6. Choose a reason for the return (e.g. too small, too big)

  7. Click "Confirm and Continue"
  8. Click "Select a carrier" and choose "Australia Post" if you’d like us to generate a return label. A flat-rate $10 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund once your return is received and approved.
    Alternatively, choose "Self Return" if you'd like to organise and pay for your own postage (no $10 deduction applies). 

  9. Click "Confirm and Continue"
  10. Pack the return appropriately. Apparel bags, shoe boxes etc. must be protected by a satchel or similar.
  11. Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package.
  12. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  13. Lodge your item at your nearest Australia Post office. We don't encourage lodgement via the red street-side post boxes as they are less reliable and you don't receive a lodgement receipt.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they are in their original condition, refunds will be issued via your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, with additional time possible over weekends, public holidays, and holiday periods.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We're happy to accept all returns, provided all of the following conditions are met: 

  • We do not accept returns for underwear, socks, flasks, masks or headwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Item(s) were purchased directly from enduranceedge.com.au or from an Endurance Edge stall at an event.
  • Item(s) were purchased within the last 30 days, and proof of purchase is available.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached.
  • Item(s) are in original, undamaged packaging.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be automatically issued via your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to reflect in your account. Please allow an additional 2-3 days over weekends, public holidays and holiday periods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct online exchanges.

If you got the size or colour wrong and would like a different product, please start a return through the account dashboard, send your item back to us for a refund and then place a new order.

WARRANTY
We stand behind our products and provide a limited warranty for materials and workmanship defects under normal use for a period of three months after purchase. We do not cover normal wear and tear. If you have any issues, please email us at hello@enduranceedge.com.au and include a photo of the issue.

DEFECTS
Returns and exchanges will be accepted for defective or damaged items. If an item is received defective or damaged, you must notify Endurance Edge by email within 3 business days of receipt. Otherwise, we will only accept these items at our discretion. If you have any issues, please email us at hello@enduranceedge.com.au, and include a photo of the issue.
