The T1 is our debut long-distance trail shoe, made to take you off road. A LightCELL™ midsole base brings lightness and bounce that hold up over the long haul, while Vibram® Megagrip with Litebase and a 4 mm traction lug grips confidently across technical ground.

The high-performance woven upper is reinforced with aramid fibres for durability, and the upgraded TUNEDFIT™ dual lacing system tunes the forefoot and midfoot separately. Recognised with the APMA Seal of Acceptance.

Mount to Coast publish foot length separately for the men's and women's ranges, and the two differ by about 5 mm at the same EU size. Measure your foot, then read the foot length column for the range you are buying. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for better comfort.

Measuring your foot

You will need a piece of paper that fits your foot and a writing instrument to mark your foot's length. Having someone to help you with this could also be beneficial.

  1. On a hard floor, put a piece of paper against a wall.
  2. Stand on the paper in socks you would normally wear with this type of shoe.
  3. Ensure the back of your heel is against the wall and that you're placing your weight evenly on your foot.
  4. Ask someone to make a mark on the paper at the end of your longest toe.
  5. Measure the distance from the edge of the paper that touched the wall where your heel was to the mark at your longest toe. That is the length of your foot.
  6. Repeat this process on your other foot.
  7. It's common to have one foot bigger than the other, so make sure you measure both feet. Pick your shoe size based on the length of your longer foot.
