This thing saved me

Using this is 37 degree heat during a miler saved me. It held heaps of ice and the design was better than my other Nathan one. Highly recommend

This is one of the best products to come out of T8. Stuff it full of ice and it cools the blood going to your brain. The ice melts and the cool water trickles down your back. Double win. The neck tightness is also adjustable. Would have struggled through Blackall recently in up to 37 degrees without it.

Waste of money

I tried both ice and a cold pack. They had melted within 15min. Then I had to carry the band for the rest of the way. The neck clips attach at the front of the neck and flap out like a bow tie. Why?
