How to Measure Yourself

You will need another person to help you do this to get the most accurate measurements, a piece of string and a ruler or measuring tape.

• Take the measuring tape or string and use it to measure the widest part of your hand, just below the knuckles.
• Ensure you repeat this on both hands. It is common to have one hand be slightly larger than the other.
• Use the larger measurement when choosing your size by the size chart below.
