Selecting Your Mount to Coast Shoe Size:
How to measure the length of your foot - and get your size:
You will need a piece of paper that fits your foot and a writing instrument to mark your foot's length. Having someone to help you with this could also be beneficial.
- On a hard floor, put a piece of paper against a wall.
- Stand on the paper in socks you would normally wear with this type of show.
- Ensure the back of your heel is against the wall and that you’re placing your weight evenly on your foot.
- Ask someone to make a mark on the paper at the end of your longest toe.
- Measure the distance from the edge of the paper that touched the wall where your heel was to the mark at your longest toe. That is the length of your foot.
- Repeat this process on your other foot.
- It’s common to have one foot bigger than the other, so make sure you measure both feet. Pick your shoe size based on the length of your longer foot.

THE TECHNOLOGY
With Mount to Coast's own biomechanics lab they integrate innovative midsole materials inspired from various industries to engineer running shoes that offer exceptional comfort, support, energy return and durability for enduring the most extensive distances.
-
The TUNEDFIT™ Dual Lacing System offers a separately customizable fit for the forefoot and midfoot. Even if your feet swell in the pursuit of distance, you can still relax and enjoy the ride.
-
ZeroSag™ is a groundbreaking midsole insert co-developed with BASF. Originally used in the suspension systems of race cars, it guarantees extraordinary cushioning on the longest runs.
-
CircleCELL™ is the first high performance midsole material to be made of 100% renewable feedstock, including recycled organic waste. Through Mount to Coast's state-of-the-art supercritical foaming, CircleCELL™ offers PEBA-level energy return with almost double PEBA's running lifespan.
-
3D Archrail™ is our revolutionary flexible support structure designed to manage complaints related to overpronation, enhance stability, and focus on forefoot alignment.
-
LightCELL™, Mount to Coast's proprietary midsole base material is a nitrogen-infused supercritical foam that is 50 percent lighter than EVA, while offering 45 percent more energy return.
-
GOFLOW™ is Mount to Coasts research-backed, industry-leading midsole geometry, designed to provide extra support to let you experience the natural, seamless flow from heel to toe.
