Triathlete, Duathlete

MY STORY

I'm a Triathlete / Duathlete who initially got into the sport through a mate asking me to do a race with him. I did well and was hooked. Growing up I played many sports but primarily, basketball and athletics before making the transition (pun intended) to Triathlon.

I'm now venturing into Cross Tri (Off Road) as well. I live in Melbourne with my wife and 3 kids aged 8, 5 & 3. This is spot is forever challenging me both mentally and physical and is as much about seeing how how far I can push myself as well as it is the competition on top of enjoying the adventures it brings.

Over the years I been lucky to travel to some amazing places, and met people all over the world, some of whom have become close friends.

I am always looking for new challenges and ways to improve.
